摘要: Background/Aims: Regular physical exercise can enhance resistance to many microbial infections. However, little is known about the mechanism underlying changes in immune system induced by regular exercise. Methods: We recruited members of a university badminton club as (RE) group and healthy sedentary students control (SC) group. investigated distribution peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) subsets functions two groups. Results: There were no significant differences plasma cytokine levels between RE SC groups true resting state. enhanced IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IFN-α IL-12 secreted PBMCs following antigen stimulation, when compared In contrast, TNF-α IL-6 PBMC suppressed with those non-microbial stimulation (concanavalin A or α-galactosylceramide). Furthermore, expression TLR2, TLR7 MyD88 was significantly increased response stimulation. Conclusion: enhances activation pathogenic leading production mediated via TLR signaling pathways.
