摘要: Study Design:Literature ReviewBackground:We estimate that over 29 million people worldwide in resource-limited environments (RLEs) are need of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) devices services.Objectives:Our goal was to ascertain the current state O&P provision RLEs identify factors may lead more successful provision.Methods:We conducted a comprehensive scoping literature review all information related published from 2000 2010. We targeted Vietnam, Cambodia, Tanzania, Malawi, Colombia, Navajo Nation, but also included about developing countries general. searched academic databases grey literature. extracted each article areas design, manufacturing, distribution, service provision, technology transfer.Results:We identified commonly reported considerations strategies for 431 articles.
