摘要: Prognostics and Health Management is an enabling technology with the potential to solve complex reliability problems that are due complexity in design, manufacturing, maintenance. There several different mathematical techniques can assist performing prognostics health management of electronic systems. These be categorized into statistical reliability, life cycle loads, state estimation, feature-extraction based models. The selection appropriate model depends on application environment. This paper presents a methodology for selecting correct perform diagnostics systems user's method five properties, including usability, accuracy, performance, applicability at system level, flexibility model. Based all this information, comparison made between prognostic models show advantages disadvantages each. Finally, recommendations given most fault electronics. While used study analysis systems, it extended other applications as well.
