摘要: Intelligent, rule-based translation of EDI documents to XML representations, and vice versa, is provided. By applying encoding format aware rules during translation, the invention generates descriptive meaningful e.g., appropriately annotated tags, replacing decimal points, etc., based on context. In various non-limiting embodiments invention, intelligent, presented as a set configurable options.
