摘要: In the environment and day-to-day operations of modern high-risk industries much attention tends to be (or better should be) on performance people; this can justified through acknowledgment that competitive advantage organizations and/or companies generated by Human Factors (HF), therefore effective adaption best practices Resource Management (HRM). Fatigue amongst workers in such has proved outmost reason affecting their overall rating process. context, approach described hereafter is focused offset interdependencies between aspects HRM phenomena fatigue; specifically, implementation Bayesian Networks (BNs) with use evidence(s) leads a systematic manner projection evaluation fatigue. To end, developed model yields quality sleep other more specific factors as non-disturbance circadian rhythms important parameters for reliable hence these considered significant effort strengthening efficiency safety operations. The chapter concludes interesting insights aforementioned tasks.
