摘要: Abstract We propose new efficient thermally and mechanically stable material for luminescence in the spectral range 1–1.9 μm on base of PbO–Bi 2 O 3 –Ga –BaO glass hosts doped by Nd 3+ ions. A substantial influence energy transfer processes between host ions is demonstrated experimentally through dependences near-infrared photoluminescence light polarization excitation wavelength. Only polarized excited pulsed XeII laser ( λ =714 nm) gives luminescent output with efficiency up to 76%. Role phonon-relaxation subsystem observed discussed.
