摘要: Jaccoud's arthropathy (JA) is a clinical situation nowadays present mostly in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It characterized by the presence of joint deformities such as "swan neck," ulnar deviation and "Z-thumb" resembling rheumatoid arthritis (RA) but that are passively correctable without bone erosion on plain radiographs. From our cohort SLE patients with JA, we selected subgroup more severe form this looked at their laboratory profile well studied magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings or ultrasound (US) obtained from hand most evident deformities. Seven JA were identified. All seven have Two out had "mutilans-type JA" four fixed metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joints. The MRI deformity clinically performed six cases US one case showed mild synovitis five moderate two patients, flexor tenosynovitis one. Only small erosions observed second third MCP joints patient synovitis. Severe compromises functional capacity imposes risk misdiagnosis RA. With improvement survival rate lack specific prophylactic therapeutical measures for it reasonable to assume going be
