摘要: Abstract Dialkylphosphates (DAP) are urinary markers of the exposure to organophosphates pesticides. The aim this study was develop a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) method for simultaneous quantitative determination following DAP: dimethylphosphate (DMP), dimethythiophosphate (DMTP), dimethyldithiophosphate (DMDTP), diethylphosphate (DEP), diethylthiophosphate (DETP) and diethyldithiophosphate (DEDTP). Dibutylphosphate (DBP) used as internal standard. This based on liquid–liquid extraction procedure, chromatographic separation using an Inertsil ODS3 C18 column spectrometric detection in negative ion, multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, two ion transitions per compound. It yielded limit quantification 2 μg/L six compounds intra-assay coefficients variation (CV%) lower than 20%. applied analysis urines samples from small cohort non-exposed volunteers. At least one DAP detected each sample. result confirmed feasibility LC–MS/MS procedure general population some frequently employed organophosphate
