摘要: The aim of this study was to survey the abundance and genetic diversity legume-nodulating rhizobia (LNR) in rhizosphere a salt-tolerant grass, Sporobolus robustus Kunth, dry rainy seasons along salinity gradient, test their effectiveness on Prosopis juliflora (SW.) DC Vachellia seyal (Del.) P.J.H. Hurter seedlings. results showed significant decrease LNR population density response salinity, particularly during season. A phylogenetic analysis 16S-23S rRNA ITS region clustered 232 rhizobium isolates into three genera 12 distinct representative genotypes: Mesorhizobium (8 genotypes), Ensifer (2 genotypes) Rhizobium genotypes). Of these genotypes, 2 were only found season, 4 exclusively season 6 both seasons. Isolates more abundant than those Rhizobium, with 55%, 44% 1% total strains, respectively. appeared increase suggesting that they adapted environmental aridity genospecies. Conversely, genospecies tolerant high levels other However, genospeciesproved be most efficient strains P. V. We concluded S. hosts its rhizosphere, ability act as nurse plant facilitate seedling recruitment saline soils.
