摘要: The cooled lead chloride which shows a blue luminescence seems in many respects, to have considerable advantages as scintillator material. However, because of its unfavourable response and poor energy resolution, it cannot be used for gamma-spectroscopic purposes. No activator has so far been found could render the crystal luminescent at room temperature also.
