CRVad: Confidential Reasoning and Verification Towards Secure Routing in Ad Hoc Networks

摘要: Routing security plays an important role in the of entire Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET). In this paper we discuss issue private-preserving verification and detection active attack passive among peers MANET. Due to variability MANET, is difficult usually needs expose some private data from each node. Attackers can attempt rewrite, discard packets or tamper their own log against expected requirement confidentially forwarding messages. The routers be easily attacked because lack checking on message transmission. paper, present CRVad, a method detecting both attacks ad network while preserving privacy Without introducing any third party assist approach, CRVad conducted using information already know MANET it detect multi-hops. consists two phases, reasoning phase with known confidential infer peers, Merkle Hash Tree verify derived without revealing router. To show our approach used attacks, conduct experiment NS3, report experimental results correctness, efficiency approach.
