摘要: Chloroacetanilide herbicides are among the most commonly used in agriculture. Several studies have demonstrated a number of them to be carcinogenic. ATP binding cassette (ABC) transporters efflux pumps expressed cell membranes, which form an important wall defense against xenobiotics from different sources. We tested interaction acetochlor, alachlor, dimetachlor, metazachlor, metolachlor, propachlor and prynachlor with human multidrug resistance MDR1, MRP1, MRP2 BCRP. A metabolites were studied for MRP3. Transporter interactions by measuring ATPase activity, inhibition fluorescent dye vesicular transport. Also MDR1 was monitored digoxin transport on Caco-2 monolayers paclitaxel toxicity K562-MDR cells. Acetochlor, metolachlor metazachlor showed specific MDR1. Digoxin permeability cytotoxicity revealed that these potent inhibitors can modulate drug absorption cause chemosensitization MRP1 intermediate acetochlor detoxification pathway. shown when studying chloroacetanilides transporter proteins. This study suggests role proteins hazard prediction agrochemicals demonstrates how easily detected using vitro screening methods.
