摘要: Sweet corn has a very short period of optimum harvest maturity, and its quality changes rapidly close to following the peak. The aim this study was determine sweet on ground some physicochemical properties intact kernels (moisture content, compression, shear puncture force, bulk density, sugar starch contents) cut (processing recovery, yield) at four subsequent dates. moisture sugars level, ear yield decreased. density (intact kernels), compression force processing recovery increased. first date showed greater advantage in higher for than date. decreased from 77.41% 69.83% with delayed A decline observed (increase tests, raise level). However, had an yield.
