Isotope effects in the predissociation of the C2 Σ u+ state of N2+

摘要: The '2nd negative' spectrum emitted by the C2 Sigma u+ state of N2+ in an electron beam experiment is analysed for different nitrogen isotopes. It found that 29N2 and 30N2 vibrational levels v'=3 to v'=7 predissociate about six respectively ten times more slowly than 28N2.
