摘要: A new approach to resuscitation of individuals with out-of-hospital cardiac arrest due ventricular fibrillation or pulseless tachycardia was implemented in Tucson Arizona 2003 and 2004 this further modified the Rock Walworth counties Wisconsin [1]–[3]. This is now called Cardiocerebral Resuscitation. At time its development, it a dramatic departure from then traditional technique cardiopulmonary (CPR) endorsed by American Heart Association international community “Guidelines 2000” [4]. extremely important, for when principles cardiocerebral were utilized pre-hospital care adults witnessed an initially shockable rhythm, marked statistically significant improvement survival observed (Kellum et al. personal communication).
