摘要: Abstract New dispersions of the ionic liquid (IL) 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([OMIM]BF 4 ) and ZnO nanoparticles in epoxy resin (RE) have been prepared characterized by SEM TEM, their thermal dynamic mechanical properties determined. The presence increases stiffness resin, while addition IL phase enhances chain mobility produces a plasticizing effect. In order to evaluate effect additives on adhesive abrasive wear tribological performance new has studied pin-on-disc sliding tests multiscratch tests, respectively. results are function conditions. Under configuration, reduces friction coefficient 50% rate two orders magnitude, due lubricant multiscratching conditions, only residual depth scratch groove after viscoelastic recovery. Results discussed from TEM observations, EDS analysis three-dimensional surface profiles.
