摘要: The biodegradation of Ashtart crude oil by a mixed bacterial community (EH1) isolated from marine sediment was investigated in varying concentration sodium chloride (0 to 2 mol/l). Each fraction biodegraded after 30 day incubation period for NaCl equivalent the one seawater (0.4 Saturates were more readily degraded than aromatics. amount increased initially with increasing salt concentrations maximum level 0.4 mol/l concentration. Thereafter decreased concentrations. polar 1.4 range. Asphaltenes only slightly (10%) seemed affect relative pristane and phytane. GC, UV fluorescence FTIR techniques used study evolution each oil.
