摘要: The present work describes a new modification process for producing chelating ion-exchanger fibers with distinct selectivity toxic heavy metal ions. Acrylic were reacted different diamine compounds in similar conditions. Modified acrylic prepared by partial conversion of the nitrile groups into amino under two-step processes. In first step, pure liquid was mixed and second water gradually added to reaction flask reach predetermined 3M concentration at refluxing temperature 91 °C. aminated (AAFs) used as an ion adsorbent series batch adsorption experiments removal chromium(III) lead (II) ions. Experimental results showed that modified fiber tetra methylene (TMD) has highest Pb(II) capacity. Results also ethylene (EDA) most Cr(III) ability. Solubility tests showed, amination treatments give rise intermolecular crosslinkage all samples. Freundlich Langmuir models simulated equilibrium data ions on their constants determined.
