摘要: According to the invention a method is provided for liquefying starch comprising steps of treating prior or simultaneously with inactivate and/or remove enzyme inhibiting composition present in and form treated starch; adding α-amylase reacting time at temperature effective liquefy starch. Effective means treat include addition phytate degrading heat treatment, optionally followed by filtration centrifugation, granular solution.
