摘要: Abstract A patient with angina pectoris, myocardial bridging of the left anterior descending coronary artery and otherwise normal arteries is presented. Regional blood flow was studied thermodilution technique. Atrlal pacing heart at a rate over 140/min reproduced anginal syndrome, S-T segment depression in electrocardiogram. There transient decrease great cardiac vein during rapid simultaneous increase total sinus flow. The study demonstrates that this patient, bridge associated decreased to area perfused by bridged concomitant as increased from 96 150 180/min. After administration nitroglycerin, effect more accentuated on angiography; pacing-induced tachycardia similar changes flows less electrocardiogram chest pain milder intensity.
