摘要: Using the valence-to-core version of X-ray emission spectroscopy (valence-to-core XES) together with diffraction analysis, structure and composition nickel coatings deposited from solutions containing hypophosphite ions or dimethylaminoborane (DMAB) are studied. The patterns prepared deposits characterized by presence a wide “halo”. Annealing crystallographically amorphous at temperatures 500°C higher transforms these haloes into spectra corresponding to metal its phosphides borides present in crystallized deposits. A result fundamental importance obtained simultaneously conducted examination same XES method is that both binding energy intensities Kβ satellite spectral lines annealed samples remain unchanged as compared original samples. Based on this comparison, it concluded phosphide boride compounds were already formed course electrodeposition, whereas thermal treatment (crystallization) leads only aggregation metal-metalloid nanoparticles.
