We determine: 1) spatio-temporal distribution relevant researches; 2) methodologies assess HSCs; 3) existing interventions for management; 4) potential options HSC aim study thus identify key research gaps future requirements. Of articles this review, 60% evaluated mitigation HSCs, while only 37% provided actionable decisive results. Compensation programs livestock management strategies had high success rates mitigating through direct community-managed interventions. Further required efficacy strategies, many which, recommended, lack proper support.
