摘要: Abstract The lysophospholipids, sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P), lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), sphingosylphosphorylcholine (SPC) and lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), activate diverse groups of G-protein-coupled receptors that are widely expressed regulate decisive cellular functions. Receptors the endothelial differentiation gene family activated by S1P (S1P1–5) or LPA (LPA1–3); two more distantly related (LPA4/5); GPR3/6/12 have a high constitutive activity but further and/or SPC; OGR1 cluster (OGR1, GPR4, G2A, TDAG8) appear to be SPC, LPC, psychosine protons. lysophospholipid Ca2+ homoeostasis cytoskeleton, proliferation survival, migration adhesion. They been implicated in development, regulation cardiovascular, immune nervous systems, inflammation, arteriosclerosis cancer. availability at their is regulated enzymes generate metabolize these localization plays an important role this process. Besides FTY720, which phosphorylated sphingosine kinase-2 then acts on four five family, other compounds identified interact with ore less selectivity receptors.
