摘要: To investigate the mechanism and signaling pathway of carbon monoxide (CO) hematin in alleviating seed germination inhibition lipid peroxidation, polyethylene glycol-6000 (PEG) was used to mimic osmotic stress a series experiments. The results showed that wheat seeds pretreated with lower dose PEG (12.5%) higher tolerance against as well up-regulation heme oxygenase (HO, EC 1.14.99.3) decreased peroxidation during recuperation, compared those (50%). Exposure 25% PEG, HO-1 inhibitor or specific scavenger nitric oxide (NO) alone differentially led inhibition. PEG-induced inhibitory effects on were ameliorated by inducer hematin, CO NO donor. Additionally, able markedly boost HO/CO system. However, addition not only reversed protective conferred but also blocked HO/CO. In addition, hematin-driven production under confirmed. Based these results, we conclude endogenous signal system is required for alleviation stress-induced which might have possible interaction NO.
