摘要: Hemodynamic changes in the brain have been reported major psychosis respect to healthy controls, and could unveil basis of structural modifications happening patients. The study first episode is particular interest because confounding role chronicity medication can be excluded. aim this work automatically discriminate patients normal controls on perfusion employing a support vector machine (SVM) classifier. 35 underwent dynamic susceptibility contrast magnetic resonance imaging, cerebral blood flow volume, along with mean transit time were obtained. We investigated their behavior whole selected regions interest, left right frontal, parietal, temporal occipital lobes, insula, caudate cerebellum. distribution values indexes used as features Mean volume slightly lower patients, difference reached statistical significance caudate, frontal Linear SVM an accuracy 83% classification highest associated lobe parietal lobe. In conclusion, we found evidence that potential marker classify psychosis, who show reduced controls.
