摘要: Prosthesis fracture is a common complication associated with implant-retained overdentures. A new overdenture can be strengthened by incorporating cast metal reinforcement during processing. The authors describe technique for converting an existing conventional nonreinforced serviceable denture into that includes and its attachments.
