Flexo-chemo effect in nanoferroics as a source of critical size disappearance at size-induced phase transitions

摘要: Based on Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire approach, we explore the critical size disappearance at induced phase transitions and reentrant occurrence in nanoferroics. Our calculations have shown that physical mechanism of exciting phenomenon can be flexo-chemo effect, being synergy spontaneous flexoelectric stresses chemical pressure by ion vacancies via Vegard effect. The effect lead to remarkable changes nanoferroics diagrams, such as non-monotonic increase transition temperature long-range order enhancement appearing under decrease fulfilment definite conditions. Since should exist any nanostructured ferroics, obtained analytical results predictive for many them.
