摘要: Biliary tract cancer (BTC) is still a fatal disease with very poor prognosis. The lack of reliable biomarkers for early diagnosis and effective therapeutic targets major demanding problem in management BTC. Due to the clinically silent asymptomatic characteristics tumor, most patients are diagnosed at an already advanced stage allowing only palliative approach. MicroRNAs small noncoding RNAs well known regulate various cellular functions pathologic events including formation progression cancer. Over last years, several studies have shed light on role microRNAs BTC, making them potentially attractive candidates as biomarkers. In this review, we will focus oncogenic tumor suppressor their direct Furthermore, summarize discuss data that evaluate diagnostic power deregulated possible future
