摘要: Objective: To assess and compare the impact on skin reactions cosmesis between hypofractionated whole breast conventional irradiation for early cancer. Material Method: Seventy-three patients with operable cancer (pT1-3pN0-1M0) who underwent breast-conserving surgery were assigned to either arm (50 Gy in 25 fractions) a sequential electron boost of 15-16 over five weeks or (43.2 16 concomitant 0.6 three weeks. Results: At 3-week follow-up, toxicities significantly worse than that seen arm, while at 6-week percentages higher. After median follow-up six months, there was no significant difference two treatment groups. In addition, differences mean scores cosmetic outcome regimens. Conclusion: This radiotherapy regimen 43.2 fractions showed good results terms normal tissue effects cosmesis. A long-term is needed confirm these favorable results.
