摘要: ✓ Diastematomyelia, a complete or incomplete sagittal division of the neural axis into halves, is usually accompanied by number other malformations. However, true teratomas arising in dorsal juxtaposition to spinal and associated with diastematomyelia are extremely rare. In this paper, two infants neoplastic-malformative complex discussed. The most prevalent hypotheses pathogenesis reviewed. hypothesis persistent neurenteric canal continues be generally accepted, but, until more known about extragonadal human teratomas, it not possible say how these neoplasms relate cord malformation. Individually, each lesions present rare; that their concurrence patients may purely coincidental.
