摘要: A preparation of decapitated Drosophila melanogaster has been used for direct application drugs to the nerve cord. Serotonin, dopamine, and octopamine stimulate locomotion grooming, showing distinguishable effects that often are potentiated by addition vertebrate monoamine oxidase-inhibitor hydrazaline. Many hydrazaline-induced sexually dimorphic, with males greater responses than females. Behaviors similar those induced dopamine can be D2-like receptor agonist quinpirole, whose also dimorphic. In contrast, D1-like antagonists result in akinesic states, agonists selectively grooming. These data indicate cord amine receptors coupled reflexive behaviors stimulated brain vertebrates.
