摘要: Long before the Baby M case ignited passions and made debate about surrogacy a national pastime, participants in Project on Reproductive Laws for 1990s saw need to consider profoundly difficult questions surrounding legal regulation of new reproductive technologies. Their position papers are reflective broad concerns, rather than reactive an immediate controversy. They enable us both learn from individual cases, like M, put lessons those cases larger context. The Andrews paper, which serves focus inform our discussion reproduction involving third parties, is no exception.
