摘要: Abstract Security functionality is now an increasingly standard feature within modern software, with related options available operating systems and server platforms, as well many end-user applications. As a result, users at all levels have the potential to come into contact security facilities, option use them protect their systems. However, if protection be applied effectively, then fairly obvious requirement for understand how tools disposal. So, package, or features other poorly designed even most accomplished will find it difficult use. A recent project author's research group conducted survey amongst 160 system administrators, determine ways in which they made of tools. Even here, technical audience, results suggested that usability was significant problem, more than half respondents having faced problems installing tool, 71% experiencing subsequent difficulties when trying configure one. 1
