摘要: In this paper, the flow pattern and thermal characteristics of free convection a Newtonian magnetohydrodynamic fluid inside square enclosure are compared against two different non-Newtonian power-law (PL) fluids. The with horizontal insulated walls has constant-temperature obstacles, while sidewalls differentially heated sinusoidal pattern. Boussinesq approximation is used to consider effect hydrodynamic field on field. problem grounded using lattice Boltzmann method, D2Q9 function describe distribution density energy. effects Rayleigh number, PL index, aspect ratio Hartmann periodicity boundary condition investigated. results showed that increasing Nusselt number increases but index decreases for shear thinning, thickening addition, it was shown obstacles number. Also, reported thinning fluids from 2π 4π, reduces by further increase in periodicity.
