摘要: Abstract Cu-doped ZnO (CuxZn1-xO) nanoparticles have been prepared by a co-precipitation method followed their surface modification with 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA). The nature and morphology of the resulting nanostructures were established from X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy fluorescence spectroscopy data. Such measurements showed highly crystalline material nanostructure size about 3–5 nm indicated chemical composition. Information on state copper atom in CuxZn1-xO structure was obtained photoelectron UV–vis spectroscopies, magnetic measurements. These techniques together infrared photoluminescence spectroscopies used to study acid. zinc oxide under display colored light emission. fluorescent features stability aqueous media are desirable many potential applications, including biological labels for specific targeting bioimaging probes recognition studies biosensing applications. viability MPA modified form complex biomolecules demonstrated conjugation peroxidase, molecule high versatility assays.
