Autonomy by the Rules: The European Commission and the Development of State Aid Policy

摘要: The debate between theorists of European construction concerning the degree autonomy supranational institutions has begun to yield concrete rewards. Advances in our understanding emerging polity have shown that these are relatively independent actors integration process; critical question remains precisely how, where and why is circumscribed by national interests, how this relationship changes over time.
