摘要: An engine system and a method of controlling combustion process in an internal are disclosed. The is based on compression ignition stratified air-fuel mixture using high octane fuel such as gasoline. Multiple injections may be used given cycle. Fuel injection timing, EGR, exhaust rebreathing, late intake valve closing, boost controlled to enable autoignition over essentially the entire speed load operating range engine, while providing reduced emissions, low noise, consumption.
