摘要: In a computer system with caching, memory transactions can retrieve and store groups of lines. Coherency states are maintained for lines, individual A single coherency transaction, address then result in the transfer multiple lines data, reducing overall latency. Even though may be transferred as group, subsequently treated separately. This avoids many problems caused by long such increased cache-to-cache copy activity.
