摘要: Described herein is a new holographic polymer dispersed liquid crystal (HPDLC) medium with broadband reflective properties, and technique for fabrication of HPDLC mediums. The involves dynamic variation the holography setup during formation, enabling broadening medium's wavelength response. Dynamic may include rotation and/or translation one or more motorized stages, allowing time spatial, angular, multiplexing through incident angles laser beams on pre-polymer mixture manufacture. An manufactured using these techniques exhibits improved optical response by reflecting spectrum wavelengths. A thin film polymeric mirror stack electrically-switchable beam steering capability disclosed.
