4"-Keto-and 4"-amino-4"-deoxy avermectin compounds and substituted amino derivatives thereof

摘要: There are disclosed novel avermectin compounds wherein the 4" hydroxy group is oxidized to a keto or replaced with an amino substituted group. The prepared by oxidation reagents such as oxalyl chloride in dimethylsulfoxide. from ketone using reducing agent and aminating agent. Substituted thus produced unsubstituted compounds. have utility anti-parasitic agents compositions for that use also disclosed. highly potent insecticides against agricultural pests. In addition anti-bacterial activity which not found any of precursors.
