摘要: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is a major health issue that hard to diagnose since it often occurs without signs of external injuries. While well known exposure biological cells shock waves causes damage the cell membrane, currently unknown by which mechanisms caused, and how depends on physical parameters such as wave velocity, pulse duration, or shape. In this computational study, we use coarse-grained model lipid vesicle generic membrane elucidate general principles cellular induced waves. The results show permeability altered at pressures generated supersonic waves, are greater than 60 5 psi under compression extension, respectively. Consequently, these changes may lead in influx sodium, potassium, calcium ions.
