摘要: The infusion of hypertonic saline solution (HSS) is known to be beneficial the treatment hypovolemic hemorrhage (HH). central mechanism HSS-induced cardiovascular and autonomic recovery animals subjected HH remains unclear. Hence, present study evaluated involvement median preoptic nucleus (MnPO) medullary noradrenergic neurons (A1 A2) in sympathetic responses hemorrhagic rats. wistar rats were specific lesion through nanoinjections anti-DβH-saporin into caudal ventrolateral medulla neurons) solitary tract (A2 neurons). After recovery, mean arterial pressure (MAP) renal nervous activity recorded. was performed blood withdrawal until a MAP 60 mmHg attained. In sham rats, HSS (3M NaCl) reestablished without change HH-induced sympathoinhibition. muscimol (agonist GABAA receptor) nanoinjected MnPO during inhibition abolished Simultaneous lesions A1 A2 restoration sympathoinhibition after infusion. These results suggest that hemorrhaged depend on intact neural projections from MnPO.
