摘要: Abstract Photo-induced formation of peroxide species on cubic Nd 2 O 3 was studied by in situ microprobe Raman spectroscopy using 18 as a tracer and 325-nm laser an excitation source. The results confirmed that the ions were formed through photooxidation lattice oxygen neodymium sesquioxide molecular species. Under UV (λ = 325 nm), reaction between 2− could take place at room temperature. A fast exchange took under experimental conditions studied. Also, bulk migrate to surface layer participate ions. migration promoted irradiation.
