摘要: Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation a change breastfeeding policy in seven hospitals accordance with ‘Ten Steps Successful Breastfeeding' issued by World Health Organization and United Nations Children's Fund assess impact hospital practices on breastfeeding. A 3-year quasi-experimental pre-post test design conducted 12 hospitals. subjects were composed 4614 lactating women both experimental control groups. research instruments included Baby-Friendly Initiative training programs questionnaires duration, knowledge, attitude, demographic data. Breastfeeding rates (including exclusive breastfeeding, mixed overall rates) groups measured compared at four different times, during stay 2 weeks, 1 months postpartum. results indicated that group higher than those ( p t >1.96,
