摘要: One single glucoamylase gene could be identified in the chromosomal DNA of Aspergillus niger by Southern blot analysis. This was isolated from a genomic library A. DNA. The is situated on 2.5-kb EcoRI-EcoRV fragment and contains five intervening sequences coding region. 169-bp intron involved differential mRNA processing leading to two different enzymes G1 G2; other four introns are all very small ranging 55 75 bp length. has significant homology region which immediately follows, it internal conserved sequence TACTAAC, also found yeast introns, thought participate splicing. Two transcription initiation sites typical eukaryotic promoter with TATAAT CAAT boxes located upstream gene.
