摘要: Neurotoxicity is one of several noncancer endpoints used by regulatory agencies in risk assessment. At the US EPA, neurotoxicity defined as an adverse change structure and/or function central peripheral nervous system measured at neurochemical, behavioral, neurophysiological or anatomical levels. Adverse effects include alterations that diminish organism's ability to survive, reproduce adapt environment. Generally, a weight-of-evidence approach evaluate observed effects.
