摘要: UNLABELLED One of the steroid intermediates, 4-androstene-3, 17-dione (AD), in biotransformation phytosterols is valuable for production medicaments. However, its degradation during conversion process one main obstacles to obtain high yields. In this study, effect temperature on nucleus microbial phytosterol was investigated. The results indicated that followed AD-ADD-'9-OH-ADD' pathway, and two important reactions involved degradation, conversions AD ADD 9-OH-ADD, were inhibited at 37°C. With a change culture from 30 37°C, reduced 39·9% 17·6%, due inhibition putative KstD Ksh. These suggested simple way decrease new perspective possibilities modifying metabolism strains used industrial applications. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY Nucleus products problems encountered biotransformation. To solve problem, investigated intermediates. are also helpful genetic modification sterol-producing strains.
