Total reaction cross section for 12C on 12C, 40Ca, 90Zr, and 208Pb between 10 and 35 MeV/nucleon

摘要: Elastic scattering angular distributions for $^{12}\mathrm{C}$ on $^{12}\mathrm{C}$, $^{40}\mathrm{Ca}$, $^{90}\mathrm{Zr}$, and $^{208}\mathrm{Pb}$ were measured projectile energies between 10 35 MeV/nucleon. Total reaction cross sections extracted by an optical model analysis compared to the prediction of Glauber model. This comparison suggests that nucleus-nucleus total section at intermediate high is governed nucleon-nucleon section.
