摘要: This work demonstrates a new concept for the use of UHPLC methodology identification species formed by self-aggregating compound depending on its concentration and solvent used, as well to determine very large homodimerization constants (KDM = 106–1010 M−1). It is impossible obtain such data with traditional UV-VIS NMR measurements in compounds that undergo easy self-aggregation when their KDM values are (≥107 The application method tandem photodiode spectrophotometer detector, an emission detector allowed us perform at extremely low dye concentrations (down 10−8 M absorption measurement down 10−10 fluorescence measurement). Using well-known probe 7-aminocoumarin (C120) model system, we separated monomer (M) dimer (DM) species, determined individual spectra. position long wavelength band spectrum agreed theoretically calculated vertical excitation energy S1 state C120 monomer. To best our knowledge, this first report efficient solution, 1.5 × 109 M−1 polar ACN 9 more weakly interacting 1-chlorobutane (ChB).
