摘要: Abstract In this work, the correlation between field emission characteristics of TiO2@CNTs nanocomposite and TiO2 crystallinity was investigated via charge transfer mechanism. It discovered that CNTs covered with amorphous showed lowest turn-on voltage highest enhancement factor followed by combined crystalline then pristine CNTs, consequently. The increased performance attributed to existence oxygen vacancies in which due their donor-like nature resulted more efficient CNTs. Thus, surface became occupied a higher number electrons influenced positively on application as cathode.
